Damion Bolton has 15+ years in the leadership sector. He spent 11 years in the United States Army where he was a highly decorated Soldier. He received 3 Good Conduct Medals, 4 Army Achievement Medals, 5 Army Commendation Medals, and was voted runner up for Outstanding Enlisted Member of the region out of 90,000 applicants while simultaneously being named Brigade Soldier of the Quarter. He served two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He headed up a leadership special operations team responsible for moving $300M worth of military equipment from Schweinfurt, Germany to Baghdad, Iraq with no losses.
Mr. Bolton is a leadership and team building expert. He has served as guest lecturer at numerous non-profit organizations, Kiwanis Clubs, and colleges, domestically and in Belize, Peru, and Scotland. He is the founder of Team Think Big International, a consulting firm that teaches leadership and investment principles. He is also licensed Real Estate Agent in Mississippi and is both a member of the Rotary Club and Kiwanis Club.
