Lyn Dimacali has over 25 years of business development and operations experience as a healthcare executive in the post-acute continuum. These include: Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care Services, Skilled Private Duty, Home Infusion, Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory Care and Senior Living. She has been responsible for P&Ls up to $500M in her roles. She has spent the last 14 years in senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise lines of business, leading 100+ team members, over multi-site and multi-state regions. She spearheads M&A Due Diligence, Strategic Planning, Sales/Operations and Integration platforms. Her oversight has also included Learning and Career Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Incentive Programs as well as Field Clinical Operations training for both organic and acquisition landscapes.
Lyn has pioneered Career Development tools and resources, including the first Peer Mentor Program as Vice President at Amedisys Home Health that resulted in a 50% decrease in attrition within the first year’s launch. Lyn has developed Training modules for Sales Campaigns, Analytics and Clinical Program Launches as the Senior Vice President at AccentCare. This created sustainable differentiators and market innovation in both rural and urban geographies. Her integrative coaching and development tools have gained her the reputation of high retention and employee engagement in times of culture change and industry shifts.
Lyn is currently the CEO of Health Gap Partners, LLC based out of La Jolla, CA. She is an avid industry enthusiast, a passionate patient advocate who operates with integrity, compassion and vision.
